You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

​We have an Restocking Fee which applies for return items with damaged package. Restocking Fee is 25% - 50% of initial purchase.
There are few important things to keep in mind when returning a product:

• do not tape the original packaging box. We will consider it as damage to origin packaging and Restocking Fee will apply;
• do not stick any shipping label / sticker on the original packaging box. We will consider it as damage to origin packaging and Restocking Fee will apply;
• we recommend to use stretch film to wrap the original packaging box with item inside. Use additional shipping box or envelope to return item (they are available in USPS offices or Home Depot stores).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Improper lubrication of king pin bushings can cause king pin contact points to start to wear at the steering knuckle. You will notice signs of king pin and bushing failure from incorrect vehicle alignment, premature and uneven front tire wear, and rough handling. Experiencing these symptoms while driving may result in a shaking cab or steering wheel. Because of the potential for further damage and operator safety risks, properly diagnosing and repairing worn king pins, bushings and tie rods needs to be addressed promptly. If you are experiencing symptoms of a king pin and bushing failure, additional inspection must be done to rule out other wheel assembly issues that may cause similar symptoms.
