What is Zorka Impex? Zorka Impex Inc. is a US-based supplier of OEM and aftermarket heavy-duty truck parts. We specialize in components for Freightliner, Volvo, Mack, Caterpillar, Cummins, Paccar, and Detroit Diesel engines.


Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the US typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Overnight and expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

Do you ship across the United States? Yes, we ship to the United States, Canada, and European Union countries. Contact us if you have questions about international shipping to other destinations.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your shipment.


Products & Compatibility

Are your parts OEM or aftermarket? We carry both OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts. Product listings clearly indicate which type each item is.

How do I know if a part fits my truck? Each product listing includes compatible makes, models, and part numbers. If you're unsure, contact us with your VIN or part number and we'll help you confirm fitment.

Do you carry parts for Freightliner Cascadia? Yes — Cascadia parts are among our most popular items, including king pin kits, clutch kits, engine components, and sensors.


Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging. Contact us first to initiate a return.

What if I receive the wrong or defective part? Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


Pricing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and other secure options available at checkout.

Do you offer bulk or fleet pricing? Yes! Contact us directly for volume discounts on large orders or recurring fleet purchases.

Order

How do I change my payment details?

If your order has been placed and the billing information is incorrect, you won’t be able to change this on your order. Please call us at +1(213)-716-8572 and we will be able to assist you. Hours of operation are 8 am - 8 pm PT Monday - Friday.

If the order has not been completed and changes need to be made, you will be able to update the information on your account.

How do I change my shipping address?

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. We highly suggest double-checking your address before placing your order.

What if I have a problem with an order I've received?

Can I cancel or modify my online order?

Due to the processing times of our orders, we can cancel or change orders before they were shipped. So, if you need to cancel or modify the order email us at info@zorka-impex.com

Do I need to register an account with Zorka Impex to make a purchase?

No. You always have the option to make a purchase as a guest.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express), PayPal, AfterPay and Apple Pay.

Do you charge sales tax?

You will be charged in compliance with state law. If the state your purchase is being shipped to requires sales tax, it will be reflected on your invoice at checkout. If you're shopping on behalf of a reselling purpose, please first email a copy of your tax-exempt form to info@zorka-impex.com with the subject line: ORGANIZATION NAME Tax Exempt Form. Then, call +1(213)-716-8572 to set up your account with a Customer Service Representative. Hours of operation are 8 am - 8 pm PT Monday – Friday.

If I get a refund, how long will it take to be credited back to me?

We issue refunds immediately; however, it is up to your banking institution as to when funds are made available, which is usually within 3-5 business days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All personal and financial information is transmitted using the https protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), utilizing state of the art technology for consumer protection. Behind the scenes, your web browser is sending all personal and financial information over SSL. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

Your orders are automatically accepted into our ordering system the minute you hit submit. Your order will leave our warehouse within 24 business hours of receipt. USPS standard delivery will arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment. We do not process orders on Sundays or holidays. For Express delivery, orders must be placed by 2:00 pm PT to be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PT will ship the following business day.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide a free standard shipping (3-5 business days) for all products. Express shipping (1-2 business days) varies from weight and will be $15 or $50. Overnight shipping by request only.

What happens if my package gets lost?

Our representatives are available to assist you in the event your package is lost. Email info@zorka-impex.com or chat/call us and our customer service representatives will sort it out as quickly as possible.

Can you ship my order internationally?

At this time zorka-impex.com only ships domestically and to Canada.

What can I do if there is something wrong with the item I received?

What shipping company do you use?

We ship via UPS, USPS, FEDEX and DHL.

Do you have an offline store?

No. But we have a pickup option upon request.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped within 30 days of the original shipment with the receipt from your purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging to be accepted for a return and a refund.

What do I do if it is after 30 days?

We will offer you a store credit that can be used on future purchases.

What is your Refund Policy?

You’ll receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.

Product

Do all Zorka products come with a warranty?

We are confident in the quality of our products and many items are covered by warranties. You can find full warranty information about any product on its page.

In general Zorka Impex Inc («Zorka») warrants the structure and finish of the products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from neglect, misuse (including use for an unintended application), abuse, carelessness, accident, improper maintenance, alteration of the Product, or failure to follow care, cleaning or installation instructions enclosed with your Product. Zorka recommends that all Zorka Products be installed by a fully licensed and insured professional with experience in the installation of auto parts.

Are there any special requirements for Nox Sensor installation?

Yes, there are special requirements for installation of this sensor.
1. To install NOX sensor properly You need to have:

• experienced mechanic.
• qualified body shop.
• dealer level diagnostic tool.

2. Installation of NOX sensors requires conduction of NOx verification and regeneration procedures.

3. Not following these requirements can lead to incorrect installation and damage of the sensor.
